What the Coach plan adds
Everything in Athlete, plus the tools to follow a crew. Creating a crew stays free up to 10 members; the tools below need the Coach plan.
Race notes, written or spoken
Leave each athlete a note about their race, in writing or as a voice message. They get notified and find it in their space.
A one-tap debrief
After the race: actual vs planned, station by station, three key findings and a draft message to review before you send it.
Challenges for the weeks between races
1 km time trial, 1,000 m SkiErg, 100 wall balls. Each test is compared with the athlete's best before the challenge, so anyone can win.
A fair score for the whole crew
Score = 100 × target ÷ actual time. The beginner who beats their target ranks above the veteran who misses theirs. Times stay visible.

How the commission is calculated
Commission = rate × net amount collected
Example
Illustrative hypothesis: a payment with a net amount collected of €10.00. It is neither a price nor a real fee level.
Coach referrer: 20% × €10.00 = €2.00
Athlete referrer: 10% × €10.00 = €1.00
Referrer no longer subscribed when the payment happens: no commission.
The rules, as they are applied
- Who gets a code: every paying subscriber, Athlete or Coach, gets a personal code and link from the start of their subscription or trial. Access granted for free does not count as a subscription.
- Attachment: a person is linked to their referrer through your link (kept 30 days in their browser), at sign-up, at checkout or by entering your code on their Subscription page. The first attachment wins and it is permanent.
- No self-referral, a single level: your referrals' referrals earn you nothing.
- Rate: it depends on your paid plan when each referral payment happens: 20% with Coach, 10% with Athlete, nothing if you are no longer subscribed.
- Base: the net amount collected, after tax and payment fees. A zero payment, such as a free trial, earns nothing.
- Hold: each commission stays pending for 30 days, then becomes payable.
- Refund or dispute: the commission is cancelled; if it was already paid out, it is deducted from your next commissions.
- Payout: on the 1st of each month, by bank transfer to the IBAN in your account, of all your payable commissions, whatever the amount.
Referrals are not guaranteed income: what you receive depends only on your referrals' payments.
Coach questions
Do my athletes have to pay?
No. Joining a crew is free. The Athlete plan stays each athlete's choice.
What is free, and what needs the Coach plan?
Creating a crew and inviting athletes is free, up to 10 members. The Roster, race notes, one-tap debrief, challenges, nudges and crews of up to 30 members need the Coach plan.
Is there an athlete limit?
Yes: 10 members per crew on Free, 30 members per crew with the Coach plan. If your Coach plan ends, a larger crew becomes read-only and nobody is removed.
How does the free trial work?
The Coach plan starts with a 14-day free trial, one trial per person. Nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends; otherwise the subscription starts at €29.99 a month or €249 a year.

Yes, no commitment. Cancel online in 3 clicks from the Subscription page and keep access until the end of the paid period.
How is the commission calculated?
Commission = rate × net amount collected (after tax and payment fees), on each payment a referral makes. The rate depends on your plan when the payment happens: 20% with Coach, 10% with Athlete, nothing if you are no longer subscribed. It stays pending for 30 days, is cancelled on refund or dispute, and is paid out on the 1st of the month by bank transfer, whatever the amount. It is not guaranteed income.
Can my subscribed athletes refer people too?
Yes. Every Athlete subscriber also has a code, at 10%. A person has only one referrer: the first attachment wins, and there is a single level.
